Mr. Hasib is a civil engineering graduate, having 13 years of working experiences who has worked on various projects for DSGS, EIMS, RAJUK (project) and other organizations.
He has experience as a project leader for 3rd party monitoring (UNICEF project) Water Quality Assessment and Construction Supervision project, where he oversaw construction supervision, quality testing, and reporting for 1580 water points in three districts of Bangladesh. He was also responsible for conducting field visits to monitor construction, coordinating with field offices and implementing partners, and preparing comprehensive reports.
Additionally, Hasib has worked as a Field Supervision Engineer for UNICEF's Pre-Primary Class Room project, where he ensured timely completion of work, maintained records of progress, monitored contractor performance, and prepared progress reports.
He also worked as a Field Engineer for UNICEF's Rural Pipe Water Supply project, where he conducted assessments, communicated with local people and leaders, collected field data, and supported the topographic survey team. Hasib has also worked on the UNICEF-GAVI project and ACCORD-Alliance audit programs, where he collected field information, performed field tests, prepared reports, and provided recommendations. Finally, he has experience in data collection and organizing projects, including conducting surveys, attending stakeholder meetings, and maintaining effective communication with clients and project advisors.
